Salary: £42,000 - £52,000

What you will do

• Provide specialist nursing care, information, and advice on catheter care and self-catheterisation.
• Perform Trial Without Catheter (TWOC) and Intermittent Self-Catheterisation (ISC) procedures in clinics and patients' homes.
• Manage community referrals and conduct assessments for adults with continence/urology needs.
• Teach and support nursing and non-nursing staff as well as carers.
• Foster communication and cooperation between GPs, Community Nurses, and Ward Managers.
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and support the introduction of new medical products.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse RGN (essential)
• Proven experience within Urology / Continence Care
• Must be a car driver (essential for home visits)
• Evidence of recent post-registration training and development.
• Ability to demonstrate a research-based holistic approach to patient care.

Nice to have

• Recognised Urology / Continence Care Qualification.
• Community or district nurse experience.
