Salary: £36,319 per annum

What you will do

• Administer prescribed IV therapies and provide clinical support to patients in their homes.
• Train patients and carers on the connection and disconnection of Parenteral Nutrition.
• Educate patients on the independent use of infusion devices.
• Provide phlebotomy and cannulation services as required.
• Work autonomously while maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• Minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience.
• Competence in the management and delivery of IV therapies.
• Current valid driving licence required for patient visits.
• Flexibility to work a rolling rota including split shifts.
