What you will do

• Translate medical documents between English and Spanish for phone and written responses.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify and process adverse events and product complaints according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform medical writing for adverse event narratives and custom medical inquiry responses.
• Coordinate quality-related complaints with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments.
• Research medical literature to develop accurate information for dissemination to professionals.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, healthcare, or an equivalent field.
• English: C1 level is obligatory.
• Spanish: Native/mother tongue fluency is essential.
• Strong clinical background and professional translation skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.

Nice to have

• BSc or MSc in Pharmacy.
• Experience in Medical Information, Call Centers, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Medical Information Management Systems and Safety Databases.
• Experience with medical writing.
