What you will do

• Lead and support the pharmacy team during shifts to create a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate daily priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain safe, accurate, and compliant working practices in line with SOPs.
• Support operational activities including stock management and record keeping.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build confidence, skills, and capability.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and patient experience.

Requirements

• Experience working in a pharmacy environment as a Pharmacy Assistant, Dispenser, or ACT.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks and take responsibility during busy periods.
• Confidence in decision-making, problem-solving, and using pharmacy systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a patient-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as part of the rota.
