The (EMA) is a decentralised agency of the European Union responsible for the scientific evaluation, supervision, and safety monitoring of medicines in the EU.
What you will do
- Develop standardised data collection templates and streamline input processes across Agency offices.
- Propose revised, reader-friendly report formats for stakeholder engagement using visual elements.
- Conduct surveys of stakeholders within the EU regulatory network to analyse communication channels, workflows, and response timelines.
- Identify best practices and inefficiencies in how queries are redirected between EMA and national authorities.
- Assess the use of digital solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) in public query handling.
- Prepare comprehensive reports with practical recommendations to strengthen collaboration across the network.
Requirements
- Citizenship of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.
- University degree in biomedical sciences (e.g., pharmacy, medicine), public health, or social sciences obtained between 30.09.2025 and 30.09.2026, or current PhD/Master's student.
- English: C1 level required.
- Other official EU language: B2 level required.

- Strong analytical, organisational, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
