What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality, and safety.
• Monitor daily site activities, information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate handover documentation and snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead onsite progress monitoring and key project meetings.
• Identify and resolve issues while improving project procedures and processes.
• Review proposed variations and delays and communicate their impact to project partners.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
