Mid-Level IT Support Analyst (SQL, Oracle, Angular)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

The role supports a client’s FCA/SSF department and its critical finance, accounting, and purchasing information systems.

What you will do

• Receive, process, update, and document incident and business-support tickets in Jira.
• Provide first-level incident support and escalate issues when required to maintain system integrity.
• Perform corrective maintenance and maintain documentation for applications and operational activities.
• Coordinate with production teams on technical obsolescence, infrastructure, scheduling, and deployment activities.
• Lead or support meetings with business stakeholders, project teams, and production staff.
• Support remediation of security vulnerabilities and technical obsolescence.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or run operations, preferably in finance or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Angular, Spring Boot, and basic Talend.
• Experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch.
• English communication skills and French at B2+ level, both spoken and written.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
• Rigor, autonomy, precision, service orientation, and the ability to communicate with technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience managing infrastructure and deployments in staging, UAT, and production environments.
• Familiarity with incident-management tools and cross-functional activities.
