Salary: $178,500–$210,000 USD in cash compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the enterprise design authority for transformation initiatives, defining their structure and sequencing.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable strategic direction.
• Work with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional leaders to resolve dependencies.
• Surface trade-offs and align stakeholders on strategic decisions and implementation paths.
• Identify gaps between current systems and business goals and recommend scalable improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation or financial systems initiatives at scale.
• Ability to develop logical frameworks for complex and ambiguous problems.
• Experience presenting strategies and recommendations to executive audiences and gaining alignment without direct authority.
• Ability to bridge finance, operations, and engineering requirements with technology solutions.
• Strong cross-functional communication and strategic decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies in large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
