What you will do

• Lead the consolidated annual budgeting process and quarterly reviews.
• Own the in-year rolling forecasting cycle, including variance and sensitivity analysis.
• Maintain capacity models and track key project KPIs to predict planning needs.
• Manage unit economics and produce regular project performance analytics.
• Develop and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts at Group and entity levels.
• Prepare board reporting packs and financial information for investor materials.

Requirements

• Proven track record in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the European Union.
• Ability to present financial information clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup, scale-up, private equity, or VC-backed businesses.
• Skills in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Experience operating as an individual contributor in a lean, fast-moving environment.
