What you will do

• Lead daily putaway, pulling, staging, and product-flow operations within the distribution center.
• Direct employees and temporary associates while assigning work and supporting coverage throughout the shift.
• Assist with delivery schedules, door sheets, staffing plans, and shift execution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by checking SHP locations and resolving discrepancies before product is pulled.
• Train associates, monitor productivity and attendance, and report operational or personnel issues to supervisors.
• Promote safe work practices, conduct equipment audits, and improve processes against quality and customer deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to train employees in putaway, pulling, and warehouse-processing functions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds and obtain reach-truck and pallet-jack certifications.
