Data and Digital Business Partner Exec (Business Analytics): Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Data & Digital team to capture and prioritize requirements with an accent on stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation. Focus on translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and managing the digital demand backlog.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days home). Must be based in Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, or Marlow

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various business functions.
• Facilitate discussions to understand business challenges, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Elicit, define, and document data and digital requirements to enable effective decision-making.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical delivery teams.
• Assist in identifying gaps in current digital capabilities and support the development of business cases for new initiatives.
• Perform continual review and management of the project backlog items.

Requirements

• Experience in a business support, analyst, or stakeholder engagement role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of Jira or a willingness to learn the tool.
• Must be able to work from one of the following locations: Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, or Marlow
