What you will do
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, and develop business cases.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and RAID logs to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary interface between business, technology, and product teams.
- Coach teams on agile/scrum values to foster self-organisation and high performance.
- Lead inceptions for large initiatives and maintain critical delivery artefacts.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering software initiatives in dynamic agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile/scrum frameworks and project governance.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards.
- Experience with matrix management and stakeholder engagement.
- Must have the right to work and live in the UK
Nice to have
- Formal certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or AgilePM.
- Experience in academic publishing or digital content workflows.
- Experience managing distributed or third-party development teams.
