What you will do

• Own daily pricing execution, prioritization, workload management, and quality across commercial teams.
• Establish pricing standards, governance, review processes, and internal pricing KPIs.
• Develop pricing models to estimate product and portfolio profitability using large datasets and pricing assumptions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and hirify.global’s value proposition to shape pricing strategy.
• Partner with product, sales, contract, legal, and senior leadership teams on growth initiatives and complex deals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop pricing team members while directly reviewing high-impact analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing analysts in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, statistical analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and drive projects independently.
