Endpoint Management Engineer (Microsoft Intune)

Location: Remote within Latin America; Quito, Ecuador is a preferred location. No timezone shifting.

What you will do

• Administer enterprise endpoint management and MDM platforms across Windows and macOS environments.
• Design, execute, and improve software deployment validation processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, analyze logs, and resolve endpoint issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate testing and deployment workflows using scripting.
• Design, document, and improve repeatable operational procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate through clear written and verbal communication to support deployment operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Experience administering Jamf Pro and other endpoint management or MDM platforms.
• Experience validating software deployments on Windows and macOS.
• Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and analyzing logs.
• Experience designing, improving, and documenting operational processes.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages, plus Microsoft Entra ID and Windows Autopilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kandji, Apple Business Manager, SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, or Microsoft Entra Hybrid Join.
• Knowledge of Okta and other identity providers.
• Experience with QA automation frameworks.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines, EC2 Mac, or MacStadium.
