What you will do

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and verify business objectives.
• Configure, validate, and test EDI implementations based on customer and trading partner requirements.
• Perform end-to-end EDI document testing and validation to ensure production readiness.
• Manage multiple implementation projects while tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and achieve successful go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI, XML, data mapping, and analysis.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
