What you will do
- Partner with trading partners to define business and data integration requirements during onboarding.
- Analyze customer data and perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
- Configure and implement customer integrations using proprietary data mapping and transformation requirements.
- Monitor daily automated data integrations across 460+ business partners and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate with Software Development and Product teams to enhance integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration failures working with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in data integration, implementation, onboarding, or technical support.
- Proficiency with structured data formats including XML, CSV, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with file transfer technologies such as SFTP, FTP, or MFT.
- Experience working directly with trading partners in a client-facing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal compliance).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL or database querying.
- Experience with ETL processes or data transformation concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or supply chain industries.
