Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Create "to-be" business process designs to meet customer requirements for dynamic freight management.
• Configure MercuryGate, OTM, and RedwoodConnect systems according to client requests.
• Conduct business process and functional audits to suggest improvements in system utilization.
• Document test scripts and validate Redwood Managed Services solutions and integrations.
• Provide end-user training and technical support for the Client Solutions team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success and Logistics departments to ensure solution value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Consulting.
• Must be based within the US.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with system integration.
