Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and work EST hours)

Salary: $21 - $24 per hour

What you will do

• Manage incoming and outgoing clinical inquiries and perform protocol-based triage for providers.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of lab results and imaging reports to patients.
• Ensure all pre-visit preparations and medical records are complete prior to patient appointments.
• Contact at-risk patients to reduce no-show rates and assess barriers to care.
• Initiate and prepare medical forms, including disability and home health orders, for provider signature.
• Assist the care team in generating population health reports and coordinating social service referrals.

Requirements

• High-school level education or equivalency.
• 2-4 years of healthcare experience in outpatient clinics (specialty clinics strongly preferred).
• Ability to work a schedule of 3x12s (7:00am - 7:00pm EST).

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency.
