What you will do

• Own day-to-day trading of TikTok Shop across Benelux storefronts and hirify.global brands.
• Manage product listings, assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Execute product launches and campaigns to drive gross merchandise value growth.
• Optimise product discoverability, merchandising, and catalogue accuracy.
• Monitor trading KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support wider direct-to-consumer trading initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or digital trading.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into action.
• Understanding of ecommerce, digital trading, and the online customer journey.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent Dutch and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, or similar emerging commerce platforms.
• French language skills.
