Intern Merchandising (Marketing)

Intern Merchandising (Marketing): Supporting the Prestige merchandising agenda and trade marketing activities for the Amsterdam Hub with an accent on planogram execution, visual standards, and supplier coordination. Focus on coordinating in-store excellence projects across EDM and Benelux markets and ensuring data accuracy in trade marketing trackers.

Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Support execution of permanent merchandising projects, tracking timelines, inputs, and approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and agencies, including preparing meeting agendas and following up on actions.
• Create planogram briefing presentations and verify artworks and assortment lists against guidelines.
• Maintain Trade Marketing trackers, manage PO/invoice documentation, and prepare internal updates.
• Handle product ordering via the NRO process and manage package preparation and shipping.
• Assist in the translation of marketing materials into Dutch.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from the Amsterdam office.
