What you will do

• Develop custom TikTok strategies to drive GMV and maximize ROI across paid ads, creators, and shop operations.
• Architect and optimize campaigns (GMV Max, Shop Ads, in-feed, Spark Ads) including audience strategy and creative testing.
• Execute TikTok Shop content and conversion strategies to improve product detail pages and livestream performance.
• Manage client relationships through QBRs, KPI setting, and providing data-powered recommendations.
• Analyze channel performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CAC) to translate complex data into actionable narratives.
• Partner with creators and affiliates on recruitment, briefing, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience scaling TikTok or paid social commerce channels.
• Proven track record of managing mid-to-large revenue streams and strategic client partnerships.
• Advanced knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center; experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a plus.
• Experience within a high-performance agency or brand-side growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the United States.
