What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of secure open-source images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account executives, sales engineers, customer success, and support teams to understand customer goals and drive retention.
• Test, document, and improve onboarding experiences as a customer-zero representative.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements and influence solution priorities.
• Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share implementation best practices.
• Teach, collaborate, and contribute to continuous learning across the professional services team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• At least 2 years of pre-sales or post-sales customer-facing experience.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers, executives, and other audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices, engineering design, cross-functional collaboration, and written and verbal communication.
