What you will do

• Lead an area of specialists and analysts responsible for integrated product support and lifecycle capabilities.
• Ensure competence development, effective processes, and delivery across projects and customer commitments.
• Develop the organization’s support capabilities for major aerospace programs such as Gripen and GlobalEye.
• Lead through managers, build engagement, and create conditions for high-performing teams.
• Contribute to the Fighter Support management team, strategic priorities, and business development.
• Balance organizational leadership with operational execution and long-term capability growth.

Requirements

• Leadership experience with personnel, business, and financial responsibility.
• Experience leading managers or working in a senior leadership role.
• Technical or analytical background in integrated product support, integrated logistics support, lifecycle management, sustainment, or a related field.
• Experience with complex maintenance and support systems and project-based operations.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills required.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Knowledge of supportability engineering, reliability, maintainability, and logistics support solutions.
• Understanding of data-driven methods, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
