People Operations Specialist

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team leads and members to monitor team dynamics and morale.
• Participate in the organization and facilitation of performance review cycles and track development plans.
• Organize company events, engagement initiatives, and manage internal communications.
• Support HR process improvements, automation, and the implementation of new tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partnering roles.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and sourcing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Experience working with HR systems.
