What you will do

• Develop project plans and manage timelines, resources, budgets, milestones, and execution.
• Coordinate software delivery throughout the development lifecycle and ensure requirements and quality standards are met.
• Lead IT teams and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on project progress and business alignment.
• Oversee specifications, test plans, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating data migration and system integration.
• Develop the migration strategy, support the production launch, and stabilize the new system after go-live.

Requirements

• Experience managing IT and software delivery projects.
• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IT and development teams.
• Knowledge of data migration, system integration, quality assurance, and production launches.
• English proficiency required.
• Certification in an Agile or waterfall methodology, such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2.
