What you will do

• Lead the Dealing Journeys squad, co-owning the product roadmap and defining clear outcomes and scope.
• Drive technical decision-making and set engineering standards for React and React Native applications.
• Forecast delivery using capacity and flow metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Champion observability and operational excellence to ensure system health and SLOs.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on the design and evolution of distributed cloud environments.
• Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in React, React Native, and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced or regulated environments.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
