What you will do

• Develop and test laser systems and optical assemblies.
• Build, align, and characterize laser prototypes.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support product validation and manufacturing readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex laser, optical, and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Photonics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with lasers, optics, photonics, or electro-optical systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
• Experience creating technical reports and test documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockport, UK.
