Location: Hybrid (Ashburn, VA). Must be based in the US.

Salary: $160,500 – $285,600 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of solution architects, implementation leads, and delivery professionals.
• Design and evolve scalable VIS offerings to help clients implement hirify.global products and platforms.
• Act as a senior executive sponsor for complex client engagements, owning scope, value, and risk.
• Partner with sales and VCA Practice leaders to identify client needs and support deal closure.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of implementations, applying strong program and change management discipline.
• Maintain a deep understanding of processor and issuer environments to tailor approaches for Super Regional clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading client-facing implementation, integration, or transformation programs in financial services, payments, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success building and leading client-facing delivery teams.
• Strong background in consultative selling, solution architecture, and complex stakeholder management.
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
