What you will do

• Lead Programme Controls for Critical Infrastructure projects, including cable connections and substation developments.
• Establish and implement PMO frameworks to support successful programme delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight of programme governance, reporting, planning, risk, cost, schedule, and change management.
• Develop executive reporting and performance dashboards to provide insights to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive programme planning, road mapping, and performance tracking across multiple projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Programme Controls teams.

Requirements

• Significant Programme Controls experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-project portfolios for utility or energy clients.
• Expertise in PMO design and implementation, governance, and risk/cost management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Recognised professional qualification such as APM, PMI, MSP, or equivalent.
