What you will do

• Design and develop demo applications, proof-of-concepts, and technical assets showcasing platform capabilities and product innovations.
• Collaborate with UX Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create horizontal and industry-specific demo experiences.
• Build reusable technical components and frameworks that accelerate demo development across initiatives.
• Create assets for product launches, analyst evaluations, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs.
• Develop technical blog assets, video demonstrations, sample implementations, workshops, and reference architectures.
• Identify compelling customer use cases and transform them into scalable demo experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications, solutions, or customer-facing technical projects.
• Strong experience with React, Next, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience working directly with customers, prospects, or implementation projects in a client-facing technical environment.
• Ability to understand complex software platforms and translate capabilities into functional, user-friendly experiences.
• Working knowledge of modern development practices, APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or configuring the hirify.global Platform.
• Background building demos, proof-of-concepts, accelerators, or showcase applications.
• Experience creating technical content, tutorials, videos, workshops, or product launch assets.
• Ability to combine technical excellence with audience-focused storytelling and business objectives.
