Salary: $150,000 - $187,500 USD base + bonus and equity

What you will do

• Define solution positioning and value propositions for AI-driven retail and e-commerce workloads on the Nebius AI Cloud.
• Create messaging frameworks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and sales tools to accelerate seller velocity.
• Translate complex technical outcomes into compelling business value narratives and ROI.
• Develop high-impact assets including solution briefs, demo narratives, field playbooks, and executive thought leadership.
• Enable sales teams and partners to position Nebius across retail and commerce AI use cases.
• Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners, including NVIDIA and other technology providers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply (US or UK).
• 10+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or technical GTM roles.
• Deep expertise in Retail and E-commerce, AI/ML Platforms, Cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce, including customer experience, merchandising, search, and supply chain optimization.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear messaging for executive and practitioner audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
