What you will do

• Own global employee onboarding, device provisioning, access management, and secure offboarding.
• Manage procurement, deployment, inventory, maintenance, warranties, and refresh cycles for the global endpoint fleet.
• Administer JAMF Pro for application distribution, patching, zero-touch enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, identity systems, licenses, integrations, and security settings.
• Deploy and maintain EDR tooling, partnering with Security on endpoint hardening, compliance, and incident response.
• Lead a small IT/helpdesk team and manage vendors, consultants, MSPs, contracts, SLAs, spend, and service quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of IT experience in SaaS or technology companies, including hands-on ownership of IT operations in a scaling environment.
• Proven experience administering JAMF Pro for macOS and Apple device fleets.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and EDR or endpoint security tools.
• Experience managing global endpoint procurement, deployment, and lifecycle operations.
• Experience managing vendor, consultant, and outsourced-partner relationships, including contracts and SLAs.
• Knowledge of IAM, MDM, SSO, endpoint hardening, security, and compliance best practices, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth or globally distributed SaaS company.
• Jamf, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ITIL, or CompTIA certification.
• Scripting and automation experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Okta, IAM/SSO platforms, and MDM for mixed macOS and Windows fleets.
