TL;DR
IT Specialist (Cloud): Delivering technical support for global internal users across macOS, Windows, network devices, cloud environments, and SaaS applications with an accent on troubleshooting, security, and end-user service. Focus on managing onboarding and offboarding, administering enterprise applications, coordinating vendor resolutions, and maintaining reliable IT operations.
Location: Remote and on-site support, including required in-person support at the Israel office.

What you will do
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to global internal users.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including in-person support at the Israel office.
- Administer Mac and Windows systems, network devices, IT hardware, and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate resolutions with vendors and partners.
- Maintain internal IT documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Support compliance with internal controls and information security policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support within a medium-sized organization, with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience managing laptops, mobile devices, network equipment, security tools, and network protocols.
- Experience administering Google Workspace.
- Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools such as SmartSheet, DocuSign, and Zoom.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, and comfort working with international teams and external vendors.
Nice to have
- Experience with OneLogin, Atlassian, Microsoft 365, Zoom Phone, or AWS.
- Knowledge of MDM solutions such as Intune or Kandji.
- Experience with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike.
- PC Technician or similar technical certification.
