What you will do

• Own the day-to-day administration of Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, permissions, and licensing.
• Resolve system requests and technical issues to unblock teams.
• Optimize platform configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and security best practices.
• Support teams with onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience administering Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of user management, SSO, access controls, and platform security.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Georgia, Gibraltar, or Poland.
