What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies for the ASEAN region aligned with global business objectives.
• Create and implement ABM programs in close collaboration with sales leaders to target high-value accounts.
• Produce large-scale events, including the hirify.global Summit roadshow across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Manage regional PR and Analyst Relations to enhance thought leadership and executive visibility.
• Partner with digital teams to implement paid and organic social media campaigns tailored for the ASEAN audience.
• Oversee the regional marketing budget, manage vendor payments, and track ROI using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and events specifically within the ASEAN market.
• Proficiency in Martech tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese or Bahasa.
• Existing relationships with industry analysts and media outlets in the technology and data analytics space.
