What you will do

• Identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact for strategic customers.
• Drive seamless operations and delivery for overall customer programs in partnership with account teams.
• Design and build the operating model and delivery model specifically for agentic AI implementation.
• Oversee the onboarding and rollout of AI agents to thousands of engineers to ensure successful deployment.
• Establish centers of excellence within accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior and functional leaders to design value realization targets.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous professional experience as a Software Engineer (intern or full-time).
• 3-5 years at a Big 3 strategy consulting firm with a strong background in technology strategy and value realization.
• Proven track record of building and expanding strategic client relationships.
• Ability to thrive and learn exceptionally fast in ambiguous, high-intensity environments.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer, SE, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience as a startup founder or early-stage employee at a high-growth company.
