What you will do

• Lead and support a distributed team of 7+ engineers working on B2C web and mobile products.
• Own daily execution, delivery timelines, engineering quality, and team processes.
• Co-own roadmap planning with product and design partners.
• Coordinate large-scale initiatives, dependencies, and collaboration across engineering teams.
• Contribute to B2C technology strategy with engineering managers, staff engineers, and architects.
• Hire, mentor, motivate, and provide performance and compensation feedback to engineers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience coaching and mentoring teams of 5+ people, including senior software engineers.
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong understanding of system design and modern architecture patterns.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, Kotlin or Swift, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience applying agile methodologies, maintaining high quality standards, and developing engineering talent.
• Very strong written and spoken English is required.
