Senior Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Lead and oversee construction project delivery from inception through post-completion, with responsibility for time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage contract administration and implement project change control processes.
• Support management of the Project Management team, including line management duties where applicable.
• Prepare marketing materials, bid documents, capability statements, fee proposals, and RFP responses.
• Support the development of client relationships and the pipeline of project opportunities.
• Apply procurement, commercial, contractual, environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading construction projects as a consultant-side or client-side Project Manager.
• Experience managing projects through design, tender, construction, and post-completion stages.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of project delivery and building contracts.
• Degree in Construction Project Management or a similar construction-related qualification.
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualification, or active progress toward one.
• Positive, proactive, client-focused approach with strong collaboration and communication skills.
