Senior Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Brief agency partners on video, static, and motion deliverables, including quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Own end-to-end paid creative production from initial brief through final delivery.
• Analyze paid-channel performance data and convert findings into direction for future creative cycles.
• Maintain tone guidelines, creative testing frameworks, templates, and production processes.
• Review and quality-assure agency deliverables while providing specific feedback.
• Collaborate with performance marketing on campaign goals, audience targeting, and channel requirements.

Requirements

• Proven performance creative experience with examples of owned paid campaigns and measurable results.
• Ability to use paid-channel data to make creative decisions.
• End-to-end production experience across video and static formats.
• Experience managing external agency partners, feedback cycles, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Experience building creative frameworks, testing structures, or tone guidelines for broader team use.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Background in sports, crypto, fintech, or prediction markets.
• Hands-on motion design skills or strong familiarity with motion production workflows.
