Senior Staff Performance Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada

Annual base salary: $157,000–$228,000 USD for US-based roles; $133,000–$193,000 CAD for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Own the B2B performance marketing and demand generation strategy supporting a sales-led growth motion and pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps based on business goals, audience insights, performance trends, and experimentation results.
• Manage paid channels and platforms end to end, including strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate ROI, marginal returns, channel performance, leads, MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence to guide investment decisions.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments across audiences, channels, creative, offers, and funnel stages.
• Partner with Global Campaigns, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels such as affiliates, paid social, display, native, programmatic, direct buys, or emerging channels.
• Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and connecting marketing activity to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
• Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through paid B2B programs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions using incomplete or imperfect data.
• Experience partnering with campaign, analytics, marketing operations, or other cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to developers, IT professionals, or other technical decision-makers.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows.
