What you will do

• Provide expert-level advisory for consolidating multiple Microsoft 365 tenants into a single enterprise tenant following M&A activities.
• Guide the strategic deployment and integration of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise workforce.
• Act as the principal subject matter expert for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Partner with client leadership and internal teams to deliver architecture recommendations and migration strategies.
• Identify risk factors, technical dependencies, and best practices for enterprise digital workplace transformations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in scoping, planning, and implementing M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations driven by mergers and acquisitions.
• Deep expert-level knowledge of the M365 ecosystem, specifically Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience driving enterprise rollouts and adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and strategic advisory capabilities for senior leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Time zone alignment with Central Time (CT) is required.

Nice to have

• Industry background or experience within Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS).
• Familiarity with other generative AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
