Programme Manager (Data): Managing large-scale data engagements and migrations within a francophone environment with an accent on strategic governance, RAID management, and cross-border delivery. Focus on sequencing 40+ concurrent data workstreams and bridging the gap between UK delivery and French business domains.
Location: Remote first in UK. Must be based in the UK and be able to travel to client locations in France.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery plan, sequencing 40+ concurrent data product workstreams.
- Lead project governance, including daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and monthly Steering Committees.
- Manage joint RAID logs, change control, and maintain technical project artefacts.
- Oversee the full resourcing lifecycle, capacity forecasting, and parallel embedded squads.
- Act as the primary bilingual point of contact for client leadership, facilitating governance in French and English.
- Apply sustainability and Responsible AI assessments to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- 8+ years of experience managing complex technology programmes, with at least 3 years at the programme level.
- Proven delivery of data platform or large-scale data migration programmes (e.g., Databricks, Spark).
- Recognised programme management certification (MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent).
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent).
- Experience managing Time and Materials (T&M) commercials and formal end-to-end change control.
