Field Technical Program/Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own and lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility professional services programs aligned with strategic customer objectives.
• Coordinate technical milestones and program-level dependencies across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Lead complex technical delivery discussions and collaborate with M5-level managers to maintain project momentum.
• Drive innovation, delivery excellence, and operational efficiency across the professional services team.
• Mentor junior technical program managers and improve delivery processes for global scale.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Intermediate technical fluency and demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
• PMP certification required within 6 months of hire.
• One Databricks Associate-level certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Native-level Korean and professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal.
