What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for an enterprise agentic AI platform.
• Define platform capabilities including orchestration, memory, tool integration, model routing, identity, observability, deployment, and governance.
• Build an exceptional developer experience through reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, documentation, reference implementations, and self-service tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize initiatives by impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
• Guide AI products from discovery through enterprise adoption and establish metrics for adoption, reliability, latency, cost, model quality, and user satisfaction.
• Partner with engineering, AI, data science, security, privacy, legal, architecture, and business teams to implement responsible AI practices and continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML products, developer platforms, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, or equivalent experience with 12+ years in relevant fields.
• Experience building or managing enterprise AI platforms, platform-as-a-product solutions, developer ecosystems, or shared technology capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, model serving, AI evaluation, and ML productization.
• Technical fluency with cloud-native platforms, APIs, SDKs, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, compliance, executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable technologies.
