hirify.global is a leading Lithuanian fintech and EU-licensed e-money institution building a super app for money, payments, and everyday finance.

What you will do

• Perform full-cycle accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and statutory reporting for hirify.global and external clients.
• Develop the hirify.global Accounting product using AI-assisted development (Claude Code) to ship features daily.
• Translate deep accounting knowledge into software logic for tax returns, payroll runs, and period closes.
• Onboard new clients from legacy accounting tools and ensure accurate data reconciliation.
• Iterate on product functionality based on real-world accounting frustrations and client feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong command of Lithuanian tax, payroll, and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (C1).
• Builder's instinct with a drive to automate routine tasks and explore edge cases.
• Comfortable orchestrating AI tools for software development.
