Digital Innovation Intern (AI/Automation)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid working model

Salary: €1,050–€1,200 gross per month

What you will do

• Support digital transformation, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
• Analyze how work is performed and identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities suitable for automation.
• Learn and apply business process automation, agentic automation, data analytics, and Microsoft technologies.
• Contribute to automation and AI projects that improve organizational productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and locations while taking ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in information technology, mathematics, business management, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, AI, and business transformation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Availability to work part-time or full-time during the internship period.

Nice to have

• Interest in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Interest in gaining experience in a global manufacturing and technology organization.
