Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, or Poland. Remote and hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 5,800–6,500 gross per month, depending on hiring location and experience.

hirify.global is expanding its AI Practice through reusable AI capabilities, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and support for client engagements.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning services and AI/ML solutions.
• Build and evolve reusable AI Accelerators, including frameworks, templates, and reference architectures for GenAI, LLM solutions, ML pipelines, and cloud-native AI systems.
• Optimize ML workflows for performance and cost efficiency on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Support technical sales, architecture, proof-of-concept development, and initial client project delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production ML pipelines and environments while maintaining documentation and technical standards.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical deep dives, workshops, demos, and best-practice sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, including at least 1 year of hands-on LLM experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure as code, data governance, security, and compliance for ML engineering.
• Experience with Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, ML pipelines, and relevant model development tools.
• English: Upper Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases, RNNs, Transformers, and computer vision models.
• Experience with dataset labeling and annotation tools such as Label Studio or CVAT.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or OpenTelemetry.
