What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML services and AI solutions.
• Architect frameworks covering GenAI, LLM-based solutions, and ML pipelines.
• Provide knowledge leadership through workshops, demos, and internal technical sessions.
• Act as an AI project jumpstarter, defining solution architectures and validating technical approaches.
• Optimize ML workflows for performance and cost efficiency on cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish strong engineering foundations for project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering with at least 1 year hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and PyTorch.
• Expertise in vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Knowledge of MLflow and modern observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
