What you will do

• Project manage and direct day-to-day campaign delivery, including budgets, timelines, and creator sourcing.
• Lead communications and calls with creators and clients independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to elevate campaign performance using emerging platform trends and strategic recommendations.
• Shape and improve internal processes to support business scaling.
• Manage and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting their career growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management.
• Proven experience executing earned creator marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple campaigns and communications simultaneously.
