What you will do

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, including content direction, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Manage project delivery from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Supervise and review the work of Account Coordinators and Account Executives.
• Prepare status reports and participate in the proposal development process.
• Ensure efficient budget management and adherence to account parameters.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• At least 3 years of experience in advertising services, influencer marketing, or social media.
• Proven experience executing client programs with total revenue exceeding $1M.
• Experience working within an inter-agency team (IAT) environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to delegate and elevate junior staff work.
• Proficiency in social media tools and influencer management platforms.
