What you will do

• Plan and achieve safety, quality, customer delivery, and cost targets for the metals department.
• Implement and maintain visual KPI reporting to drive team performance and conduct regular tier meetings.
• Supervise production processes, manage production lines, and ensure quality system integrity.
• Evaluate fabrication capacity models to ensure a level-loaded plan aligned with demand.
• Develop programming practices to optimize plant inventory and material utilization.
• Establish skill development plans for direct reports to foster career improvement and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of management experience (10 years in production management and metal fabrication preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems and equipment programming software.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory; no sponsorship for temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, etc.) available.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
